Operator and acceptance. This website is operated by Diverse Technology Industrial, Inc., doing business as DTI Coatings & Supplies, at 100 W Valpico Rd, Suite I, Tracy, CA 95376. These terms govern use of the website and purchases through it, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Accounts. You must have legal capacity and authority to enter a purchase, including authority for any business you represent. Provide accurate account, billing and delivery information and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and orders. Product descriptions, availability and prices may change. We may contact you to resolve a material pricing, stock or order-information error before fulfillment. Technical information and shopping-assistant responses are general guidance, not a substitute for product instructions, safety data sheets or advice from a qualified professional. Select products appropriate for your application and follow all safety and installation requirements.

Payments and taxes. You authorize the payment shown at checkout using the selected payment method. Authorize.net processes this storefront's card payments; Stripe may be used where that option is offered. TaxJar supports tax calculation. Applicable tax, shipping and any separately quoted freight are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. No recurring purchase is authorized merely by creating an account.

Shipping, pickup, returns and cancellations. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy describe processing, delivery, freight approval, local pickup, damage reporting, return eligibility, restocking fees, refunds and cancellations. Those policies control these matters. Live Auctions, special-order and drop-ship exceptions are described in the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable listings.

Acceptable use. Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful transactions, infringement, unauthorized access, interference with security or attempts to disrupt the service. Do not submit content you lack authority to share.

Content and intellectual property. Site branding, text, images and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to use it as needed to provide the requested service, process your order or respond to your inquiry, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Availability and warranties. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Manufacturer warranties and our obligations for incorrect, damaged or defective products are addressed in the Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse of the website or products. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or our express obligations under the published purchase policies.

Account restrictions. We may restrict access for unlawful activity, fraud or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. Restrictions do not remove rights relating to existing purchases or lawful requests for personal information.

Governing law and changes. These terms are governed by California law and applicable federal law, without displacing mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms by posting changes and giving additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights for purchases already made.
