We also collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to operate and protect the site.

How we use information. We use information to provide accounts, process orders and payments, calculate taxes and shipping, deliver purchases, handle returns, respond to requests, provide requested reminders and communications, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. You can request that optional marketing communications stop without affecting necessary order communications.

Service providers. Authorize.net processes card payments for this storefront. Stripe may process payments where a Stripe payment option is offered. Payment providers receive the payment and transaction information needed to authorize and manage payments; card details are submitted through the provider's payment tools. FedEx receives shipment and delivery information. TaxJar receives transaction and location information for tax calculation. Replit and Neon provide hosting and database infrastructure. Resend provides transactional email delivery. Our AI shopping assistant uses OpenAI services to process messages and relevant shopping context. Do not include sensitive payment information in chat or free-text forms. Embedded YouTube content may communicate with Google when used. Providers process information according to their services and applicable privacy terms.

Other disclosures. We may share information with suppliers or fulfillment partners as needed to complete your order, with professional advisers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards. We do not authorize service providers to use order information for unrelated purposes.

Cookies and browser storage. The site uses cookies and local browser storage for sign-in sessions, carts, preferences and security. Embedded third-party content may use its own cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser; disabling required storage can prevent sign-in or checkout from working.

Retention and security. We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including transaction records, dispute resolution and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
